What we promise
2 year workmanship guarantee
On all work, shown on your estimate, your job page and your completion email.
Revised price before any work starts
If anything differs from your description, you get a revised price before any work starts, and if you decide not to go ahead we refund your deposit in full.
Nothing extra without your approval
If something unexpected turns up on the day, your electrician prices it and asks you to approve it first.
Making a claim
Contact us on [EMAIL TO CONFIRM] or [PHONE TO CONFIRM] with your job reference and a description of the problem, with photos if you can. The full guarantee terms will be set out in our Terms of Business.
If something feels unsafe, turn off the power at the main switch if it is safe to do so, and see emergencies.

How long is the guarantee?
2 years on all work, from the date the job is completed.
What does it cover?
The workmanship of the work we carried out. Products such as chargers, batteries, inverters and fittings also carry their manufacturer's own warranty, which is separate from ours.
How do I make a claim?
Contact us with your job reference and a description of the problem, with photos if you can. Your job reference is on your estimate and on your job page.
